The purchased merchandise must be returned in its original condition --- unworn, unaltered, unhemmed, unwashed and original tags attached. Robin's Jean may deny the returns if any of these criteria are not met.
All sale items that are more than 50% off the regular retail price are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged --- No Exceptions. Regular and Sale items that are 50% Off (or less) the regular price, can be returned for an Online Store Credit which you can apply on your next purchase at our Online Store. The Online Store Credit issued is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
In order to facilitate the processing of your returns or exchanges, you must create an account with us and follow these steps:
1. If the returned item is purchased using a Guest Account, please submit your request by clicking this link and provide all the information required or copy the following url link http://robinsjean.online/amasty_rma/guest/login to your browser.
2. Once your return request has been approved, you will be provided with an RMA number which you need to write on the returned package. Please send returns to:

3. You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost of your returned item. Please take note and keep a record of the shipment tracking code and receipt from the Carrier.
